Location

Nepal is known all over the world as the birthplace of Gautama, the Buddha. Enlightened sages and saints have made their retreats on the banks of holy rivers and up in the Himalayas. Though a householder, King Janaka was known as a spiritual master. Islam, Sikhism, Christianity, Jainism and various faiths have thrived here making Nepal a quintessence of religious and spiritual harmony. For thousands of years, exchange/transfer of wisdom has been going on between Nepal and India, down south. So is it with Tibet and China, up north.
